License Agreement.

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the KM Role Play team ("we", "us"). It covers the KM Role Play application, its updates, and any included content, models and documentation.

You accept this EULA by downloading, installing or using KM Role Play. If you do not agree, do not install or run the software.

2. License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use KM Role Play on one device for your own personal use, subject to this EULA.

A purchase is a one-time payment for the software license. There is no subscription. The license is tied to the email address used at purchase and may not be rented, leased, sublicensed or transferred to another person.

3. Free trial

KM Role Play includes a free trial period of 3 days from first activation, with no payment required. During the trial you may evaluate the full feature set. The trial applies once per email address.

4. License validation

To prevent unauthorized use, KM Role Play performs a license check when the app activates and periodically while it runs. This check contacts our license server and transmits only the information needed to validate the license, as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not read or upload your characters, conversations, prompts or settings.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except as permitted by applicable law;
• copy, redistribute or resell the software, in whole or in part;
• share, transfer or resell your license key or activation;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent the license validation, trial limits or any technical protection;
• use the software to produce or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
• use the software for automated bulk operation, scraping or any purpose outside personal use.

6. Ownership

The software, its code, and its visual identity remain our property or the property of their respective owners. This EULA does not transfer ownership — it only grants the right to use the software as described here.

7. Updates

Updates and new characters or experiences may be provided from time to time on the changelog. We may update the software, change or retire features, and adjust model or content offerings. Your license continues to apply to updates of the software.

8. Termination

This license continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this EULA, or if your free trial ends without a purchase. On termination you must stop using the software and uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should survive — warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and this agreement's governing terms — survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

11. Governing law

To the extent not preempted by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction, this EULA is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside.

12. Changes to this EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. If a change is significant, we will note it on this page and, where practical, in the app. Continued use of the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
